So…I didn’t finish my zero draft of Car Gone Rogue. The zero draft word count stands at 11,074 words. The last day I wrote any words for Car Gone Rogue officially was November 25.
I also didn’t get to my Writing Passion is a Candle poem.
But this month is a new month.
From now on, I will put Car Gone Rogue partially to the side, at least when it comes to drafting, and dedicated my writing efforts to my October Johnson Season 1 project.
I am currently preparing by reworking my outline to write the second draft of what I am now calling the Invincible Intruder, the first book of Season 1.
Just like the first draft of Car Gone Rogue would have been, I’m aiming to write 75,000 words.
This time, however, I’m waiting until December 17 to start drafting and my deadline is January 16.
That is 75,000 words in 31 days.
It’s basically the 75K Challenge 2.0—Winter Break Edition.
But I think this time around, I’ll save the blogpost writing updates for like end of week recaps, so you will only hear updates on this platform on December 24, December 31, January 7, January 14, and January 21st.
Smaller updates will be only found on my Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok pages.
