Hello, everyone!

Just a quick note — if you’ve been following  what will of has been of my Brave New Week series, you know it’s the beginning of my big experiment diving into why 2020s sequels keep falling short. I originally planned it as a one-week special… then stretched the plan out to be every other Thursday starting July 3 and now?

I’ve decided to hit pause on the rest of Brave New Week until September 2025, which marks this blog’s one-year anniversary.
Why? Because it deserves more time and more care.

I want to give the rest of the series the breathing room — and promotion — it deserves.

Also, I’ve got a lot happening writing-wise in July:

The launch of my second author website on July 14th

The serialization of The D.C. Double Dilemma on Wattpad (Starting July 7)& my second author website (July 15th)

A summer second draft start on my other WIP, Can You Spell Werewolf?

What’s next?

Later this month, I’m posting my spoiler-filled rant about The Old Guard 2, which I watched on July 4th, and it infuriated me more than Captain America: Brave New World did.

Thanks for hanging in there with me as I figure out the best way to share these big conversations.
Here’s to better sequels, bigger ideas, and never forcing a good rant to fit a bad schedule.

Stay tuned!
